Is it safe to take herbal medicine alongside medication prescribed by my doctor?

Herbal medicine can interact with pharmaceutical medication but I have been trained to know which herbs interact with which medication so I know which herbs that are safe to take alongside your medication.

Do herbs have side effects?

As a rule generally not but some can. This is the role of the herbalist to give the right dosage of the right combination of herbs.

What form does the medicine come in?

I work with tinctures, teas and capsules.

Are you insured?

Yes I am fully covered under Balens insurance for indemnity and malpractice.
