OK they’ve become a bit of a cliché but follow this recipe and you’re getting the best start to the day …
Serves 1
40g oats (plain and simple oats – no sachets)
200 ml milk– oat, almond or good old cow
100g nuts –smash ‘em up in a pestle and mortar or blender
1 tablespoon of seeds – flax or pumpkin or sunflower – crush up
Stewed apple, ½ banana, frozen berries
Mix up and leave in fridge overnight
